Silverton is giving away Audis in April. Earn chances to win an Audi A4 and some incredible cash and slot play prizes this month. Players earn one entry into the drawing for every 50 base points earned with a maximum of 50 entries per guest each week. (I like the fairness of that!)

Drawings are held every Saturday at 7 p.m., and the names of the winners are posted at the box office no later than 7:15 p.m., that same day. Prizes include:

Downtown, the El Cortez Hotel & Casino will serve free slices of fresh Marie Callender’s strawberry pie for all Club Cortez members on Saturday, April 14 from noon to 6 p.m. Club Cortez members can enjoy the treat game side while playing slots and table games.

Also, throughout April, Club Cortez players winning a jackpot of $200 or more on a slot machine, a $200 or more jackpot on a video poker five-cent or lower denomination machine, a $300 or more jackpot on a video poker 10-cent or higher denomination machine or a $200 or more jackpot on live keno will receive $10 to $1,000 in free play.

LAKE LAS VEGAS

The free Summer Concert Series kicks off this month. The Village Lake Las Vegas hosts weekly concerts on Fridays and Saturdays lakeside through October 27 featuring a variety of live entertainment. Concerts are from 7-10 p.m. and are free and open to the public.
