Boyd Gaming has added its name to the list of companies hoping for federal action to regulate Internet poker but will accept a “state-by-state approach” to getting the games going.
“We continue to believe Congress should enact a national structure,” Boyd CEO Keith Smith said, “and when it does the growth opportunities available to us will be substantial.
