Tax day! For all of the last day filers, there are plenty of deals and bargains around town to take the sting out of tax season or enjoy some great offers while you’re waiting for your refund check!

MANDALAY BAY

Shark Reef Aquarium is once again offering taxpayers the opportunity to drive up and drop off their returns at the special Postal Station located in the parking area outside of the Aquarium. Mail your federal tax returns from their location and receive a free admission voucher to the exhibit, valid through May 24.

The United States Postal Service also will have a special mobile postal station with postage available for purchase, including the Save Vanishing Species stamp. Proceeds from the sale of this stamp support conservation efforts directed at targeted endangered species.

The one-day-only event is this Tuesday from noon to 8 p.m. Easy access to the station is available through the Convention Center parking lot located off Russell Road, near I-15. If you’ve filed, bring a stamped envelope addressed to the IRS to receive the free voucher!

EL CORTEZ

If you are expecting or recently received an IRS tax refund check you can get a 5% free slot bonus for it. Cash that check at the main cage and you’ll receive an extra 5% (up to $50) in free slot play money. You must present a valid ID and join or be a current member of Club Cortez (free to join).

MONTE CARLO

At Andre’s, tax day can be fun, especially when it comes to The Tax Collector – a classic cocktail priced at $14, which features gin, dry vermouth and green chartreuse. All specialty cocktails at Andre’s are 2-for-1 from 5:30 to 10 p.m. through this Tuesday. All guests who either check-in to Andre’s via Facebook or Tweet (#MeetTheTaxCollector @AndresLasVegas inside @MonteCarloVegas) will receive one complimentary cocktail per check-in/Tweet inside the lounge.

TOWN SQUARE

Coconuts Beach Bar & Mexican Grill (6605 S. Las Vegas Blvd.) across from Rave Theaters is offering buy one get one free drinks all day this Tuesday. Any type of drink (excluding the "Million Dollar Tequini!") is eligible.

This Friday, the restaurant plans its first VIP Facebook and Twitter party offering an open bar (some restrictions apply) from 10 p.m. to midnight. You can build your own nachos and enjoy tasty bites of the famous mouth watering four-foot "Birthday Party" burrito. Small appetizers will be passed around.

RED ROCK

The best Tax Day bargain deal of the day in town has to be found at LBS Burger Joint with five cent draft beers all day this Tuesday. Grab a burger with your pint! LBS is open daily from 11:30 a.m. until 9:30 p.m.

SUNCOAST

Buffet lovers can take advantage of a 2-for-1 deal every Monday and Wednesday in April. Simply swipe your B Connected card (free to join) at any promotional kiosk and present your 2-for-1 ticket to the St. Tropez Buffet.

GOLD COAST

"Take it or Trade it" drawings will be held all through April. Five lucky winners every Saturday at 8:15 p.m., can take a cash prize or trade it to try to win a larger amount.
