The move has additional significance as it reunites Esposito with one of his mentors and first industry supervisor, Art Manteris, Vice President of Race and Sports Book Operations at Station Casinos who is one of the foremost authorities in the sports gaming industry.

"I’m excited to work with Chuck again. He is a talented executive that will help to strengthen an already strong sports book operation team," Manteris said.

The sports book operations team at Stations is led by Manteris at the helm with additional leadership by Jason McCormick, the director of Race and Sports Book Operations at Red Rock Resort. Red Rock serves as the hub for all 18 sports books. Bert Cirincione oversees the Green Valley Ranch sports book and all satellite operations.

At Sunset, Esposito will run the race and sports book operations and involved in the company’s bookmaking initiatives.

He brings than 25 years of sports book operations experience, having previously run books at Caesars Palace and the former Las Vegas Hilton.

It was at the Hilton (known today at LVH) where he got his start in the industry and worked under Manteris’ leadership for nearly 15 years. He also served in various casino executive roles at the Venetian/Palazzo Resorts and the Tropicana Las Vegas.

Esposito is one of the few trusted voices for the local and national media on all subject matters related to the sports book industry.
